Proposal & Strategy Deck
Website Design & Build
For your
Interior Design Studio
What we're building
A simple, beautiful website that turns visitors into real client enquiries — without 40 pages of corporate clutter.
- Show your projects properly. Each one gets its own page — the brief, the work, the result. Not just a wall of photos.
- Tell people how you work. In plain words. No designer jargon.
- Make "Book a Consultation" impossible to miss. Every page leads back to it.
- Show the proof. Press, awards, brands you've worked with, materials you use.
Synergy Media House
Six pages do everything.
Clean structure. Easy to update later.
Home
A bold first impression, your best projects, what you do, how you work, press, and one clear "Book a Consultation" button.
About
One page covers it all: your story, your team, how you think, your awards. Not split across four pages.
Services
Two options — one services page, or a page per service. Detailed on the next slide. This choice changes the price.
Projects
Three connected pages: a list of all projects, sorted-by-category pages, and one page per project. More on this in two slides.
Insights
A blog. Helps you show up on Google for the things you write about. Builds slowly but lasts.
Contact
A form, your email, your phone, your studio address. The "Book a Consultation" button on every page leads here.
Heads up: motif's About is spread across 4 pages. We're putting it on one. Easier to read, easier for you to update.
How your services show up.
Pick one of two. This is the only thing that changes the price.
One page for everything
All your services sit on one long page. Visitors scroll through them.
Best for
Studios with 3–4 services that go together — and a tight deadline.
A page for each service
Every service gets its own page. Same layout, different content. Each one can show up on Google by itself.
Best for
Most studios. The best balance of cost, growth, and Google.
How your projects show up.
Three connected pages. Built once, used as your studio grows. Same in both options.
All Projects
Every project in one grid. Visitors filter by type and sort by year. Stays fast even with 100+ projects.
By Category
The same grid, but filtered. One page each for Residential, Commercial, F&B, Hospitality — created automatically.
One Project
Hero image, the brief, your approach, photo gallery, specs (location, year, size), and related projects at the bottom.
Add once, shows everywhere. Add a new project, and it appears in the main grid AND the right category page automatically.
Can't break the layout. Built-in image rules. You can't accidentally upload something that ruins the look.
Each project can rank. Each one is set up to show up on Google on its own.
How Google finds you.
Both options include the basics. Option B gets extra work because each service page needs to show up on Google by itself.
The basics
Both options- We tell Google how to find every page on your site.
- Every page gets its own Google preview text.
- Headings and image labels set up the right way.
- Looks correct when shared on WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- Google Search Console set up — you can see who's searching for you.
- Google Analytics set up — you can see what visitors do.
- Site is fast (Google scores speed and uses it for ranking).
- Google knows your studio name, address, and how the pages connect.
Service page with CMS + Additional SEO
Option BEach service has its own page, so each one needs to be ready to show up on Google by itself.
- Each service page gets its own Google preview — title, description, share image.
- Marked up so Google can show it as a rich result — sometimes with extra info shown right on the search page.
- Each service page has its own real content — Google ignores pages that look the same as each other.
- Each page links to related services and projects — so Google connects them and visitors keep exploring.
- Each service has 3–5 FAQs. These can show up directly on the Google search page.
- Each service has its own hero image labelled correctly — so it can show up in Google Image search.
What you get.
The same delivery list for both options. The only difference is on the Services row.
